At Telefonika, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and select the 'Return Request' option next to your order, or contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories. Ensure the device is factory reset and all personal accounts or passwords have been removed.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location. Please keep your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
